I'm one of those guys who really did get his start in a publisher's mailroom. Youth Specialties author, Zondervan author, Managing Editor of Gospel Light's Youth Department back in the day--I've developed resources for youth and children's workers for many years. I'm also co-founder of Kauai Christian Fellowship where I serve as Children's Pastor. I don't look like my cartoon character any more, but I used to.
Having raised kids of my own and worked with young families, I've come to see the need for a family resource like CLAMbake Online. We need dads to step up to the plate and do what God wired them to do--grow godly kids. The trouble is, too many dads either haven't understood God's call to battle or don't feel competent to respond. Let's see if we can give them a helpful hand.
